Site Visit
On-site eyes before you decide how to proceed
A Site Visit is around an hour on site with you — to look at your block, or your existing home, in person. It can be added to any Builder Intelligence engagement, or booked on its own when you simply want experienced eyes on site before deciding how to proceed. It is particularly valuable on renovations and extensions, where the existing building carries the risk — the parts of a project that can't be read reliably from plans, photos or a description.

What's included
A Site Visit puts builder-level eyes on your actual site before you commit to the next step — whether that is a written Feasibility Read, detailed drawings, or simply peace of mind.
What you receive
On-site Visit
Around an hour on your block, or your existing home, walking the site with you in person.
Verbal Observations
The practical realities of the site, access and existing condition, and the things worth keeping in view as your project develops.
What it is not
So the visit is clear from the outset:
- It is not a written report — observations are provided verbally on the day. For a written read and a designer brief, that is Feasibility – Direction.
- It is not a building, structural, pest or condition inspection.
- It is not a costed position, and not design or engineering advice.
